Why do you charge a setup fee?

Setting up your account is not a two click matter. There is quite a few steps to clear before we can launch your campaign in the correct manner and in order to keep your monthly fees as low as we can, we charge a one off set up fee to get you fully ready for doing campaigns on Facebook.

Here is just a few things we have to go through:

– Campaign Strategy
– Demographic Research
– Competitor Research
– Configure your billing settings in Business Manager
– Connect Facebook forms up to our systems so we can send the leads via email
– Create your account on our landing page system
– Make sure we have high res version of your logos and if not redraw them
– Create your account in ManyChat
– Create first campaigns and receive sign off on all assets

Typically the man hours for the above can take between 8 – 16 hours over the course of a week.

 

What do you do for the management fee every month?

Facebook ads are not set it and forget it. They need constant nurturing and monitoring to make sure they are performing well. The works we perform on your account can be the difference between savings 1,000’s or wasting 1,000’s.

Do I need to pay both setup and month one’s service fee together?

Both are charged on the same day when purchasing the service. 

For PPC campaigns there is usually a 1-2 week gap from the day you purchase the campaign, to the day it actually goes live. This is the time it takes for our team to build out the entire campaign for you.

So, for your second months recurring payment we delay that, so you get the full 30 days of service for your month one’s payment.

So, as an example, if you purchased services on the 1st of the month, you would pay for both the setup fee and month one’s service fee.

Then if we finish the campaign buildout on the 14th of the month (2 weeks later), your second months maintenance payment would be billed on the 14th of the following month, 30 days apart from the initial day the campaign went live.

Do you charge a setup fee for each new campaign?

No. The setup fee is a one off fee when you join us and that fee covers all the work to set up everything for you.

If you decide to upgrade and add more campaigns, there is no additional set up fees due.

Does your management fee include ad spend?

You need to budget ad spend in addition to our management fee as our management fee is paid to us for a “done for you” service as we will take care of everything from ad copy, images, landing page designs, reporting, analysing, handling facebook support queries etc.

For example, if you have the small package then the cost per month is €995 + VAT which you pay to JUCRA as the management fee and then you need to budget ad spend which is paid directly to Facebook.

So if you budgeted €100 a day for a 15 day campaign then this would be your costs:

Facebook Management: €995 + VAT (this is paid directly to JUCRA)
Facebook Ad Spend: €1,500 (this is paid direct to Facebook and includes VAT as facebook does not charge VAT)
Total Monthly spend on Facebook (incl VAT and Management): €2,703

How much should I budget for ad spend?

This can depend from industry to industry however we would recomend allocating at least €50 a day per campaign.

Does the remarketing include google remarketing?

With our facebook management packages, in addition to your main campaign(s) if you choose to, we will create a “remarketing” campaign within your facebook ad account which “remarkets” your brand to facebook users on the facebook platform. We will generate a “facebook ads pixel” which is a javascript snippet which we will install on any landing pages we create for you (we will also provide that pixel code for you to install on your web site, so that your web site visitors will see the remarketing ad when they visit facebook). This is so that anyone who sees your ad or landing page and does not convert to a lead will be shown the ad again in the hope they convert to a lead.

Its important to undertand that the facebook remarketing ads is not the same as the google “retargeting” ads because google remarketing/retargetting is a completely different ads platform.

How long does the campaign build take?

Our campaigns take 1-2 weeks to build out. Once the campaigns are built and approved, we can go live.

For lead generation campaigns, how do I get my leads?

There are a couple ways in which you can view your leads from the campaign(s).

If call tracking service was purchased, all phone calls would auto populate as a lead inside the dashboard under the Lead Flow page.

If a funnel is built on clickfunnels, all form submissions for the leads would auto populate as a lead inside the dashboard under the Lead Flow page.

If we’re building the funnel (separate service), then the client would get a notification email every time an optin lead (form) is submitted.

Does the setup fee include a Funnel?
No, unfortunately funnels are a separate fee. You can purchase this service under Funnel Building service.
Do I need to purchase call tracking separately?

NOTE: Call Tracking is limited to US based numbers only

Yes, call tracking is a completely separate service. You would need to purchase this separately. For service-based lead generation campaigns, we highly recommend purchasing call tracking. If not, our team will not be able to track call conversions, which is the most important conversion that’s needed when running an ads campaign. 

If call tracking is not purchased, our Ads experts working on the account are flying blind. 

Call tracking is not really needed for Ecommerce campaigns, since the main conversion will be sales and not phone calls.

How do I provide you with access to my ad account?

The process is simple. We’ll send you instructions on how you can easily add us as an agency manager on your ad account.

Will I have access to the ad accounts while you work on them?
Yes, for sure! We recommend that you have whlst we are working on your account you do not change any settings and if you have any doubts always contact us first.
What is intelligent budget and bid pacing?

Once a campaign is live, our system will take the first couple of weeks to start gathering data and metrics in real-time. Based on hundreds of data points, our system will then automatically adjust the bidding throughout the day to save the clients’ money on ad spend. 

Also, taking the same data points into consideration, our system will also automatically shift the budget around to the best performing campaigns, ad sets, ads, etc. We’ll also be able to auto optimize your campaign based off best performing days of the week, hours of the day and so much more.

This will drastically lower your clients cost per lead over time.

Do I get progress reports?

You can always login to the digital dashboard at www.jucradigital.com and view the campaign metrics on the Facebook Ads tab. You will also get real-time,  email notifications every time our team completes a task on your account. 

Aside from dashboard reportings, you’ll also receive a monthly report during the first week of every month.
