What is Google Adwords?

Search engine advertising is one of the most popular forms of PPC (Pay Per Click).

It allows advertisers to bid for ad placement in a search engine’s sponsored links when someone searches on a keyword that is related to their business offering.

For example, if we bid on the keyword “Digital Marketing,” our ad might show up in the very top spot on the Google results page.

The pricings listed below are our agency fees for managing google ads. Our fees are on a sliding scale and vary depending on your monthly ad spend budget. You will need to also consider a suitable monthly budget on top of the management fee, whatever you can afford.

What is included in the one off set up fee?

There is quite a few steps to clear before we can launch your campaign in the correct manner and in order to keep your monthly fees as low as we can, we charge a one off set up fee to get you fully ready for doing campaigns on Google.

Here is just a few things we have to go through:

– Campaign Strategy
– Demographic Research
– Competitor Research
– Keyword Research
– Configure your billing settings in Adwords account
– Create your account on our landing page system
– Ad copy creation
– Retargetting banner creation
– Make sure we have high res version of your logos and if not redraw them
– Create first campaigns and receive sign off on all assets

NOTE: Set up fee still applies for any account, whether there is an existing account or not. The one off set up fee covers all our discovery needed to run the campaign.

If I want a second campaign, are there additional fees?

Yes, if you want to run a second campaign alongside the main ad campaign, then there is a one off fee for setting that up.

The one off  “campaign setup” fee is €950 and includes: 

  • Campaign strategy
  • Demographic research
  • Competitor research
  • Keyword research
  • Ad copy creation
  • Ad creation
  • Landing page creation

NOTE: even if you have a current landing page or the demographics etc are already predefined or same as Campaign 1, the one off “campaign setup” fee still applies.

Our monthly management fee does not increase as we charge on a sliding scale based on ad spend.

Do you build my landing pages?

Included in our fees are the creation of 1 x landing page per campaign.

We are experts at landing page design so prefer to provide you with a landing page we have designed so that we can get the best out of it.

You may if you prefer tell us to point your campaigns to your own landing page, this is not a problem.

What is included in the month management fee?

Once your campaign is launched, this is just the begining of the adventure ride! Campaigns need nurturing and monitiring to make sure they do not get out of control.

  • Daily monitoring of campaign performance
  • Weekly anaytics reporting
  • Monthly analytics reporting
  • Adjust campaigns for negative keywords
  • Audit performance of landing page and thank you pages
Do I get progress reports?

Yes, we use Wordstream reporting which can be configured to email you on a weekly and monthly basis. 

These reports will show you the ROI on your campaign and drill down to Cost per click, Conversion rates etc.

When do I pay the management fees?

Our billing cycle is the 1st calendar day of each month and payable by credit card only.

You will provide us with your credit card details and we will auto charge your card on the 1st of the month.

NOTE: If you are starting your contract on or after the 15th of the month, then we will calculate a prorata amount for the days between the 15th and end of the month . This will then be payable in addition to the next months fees.

Eg: If you have started on the basic plan on the 16th of Jan, then on the 16th of January you will be paying:

1. Set up fee: €950
2. Prorata 15 days: €482
3. Management fee for Feb: €995
Total: €2,427

Then the next management fee will be due on the 1st of March.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Minimum contract length is 3 months. Contracts are paid monthly on the 1st of each month.

Discounts apply for prepayment.

What is campaign build out?

We will actively monitor your campaign and make changes and tweaks where neccessary to get the most out of your ad spend.

For example, if we see that some keywords are costing you more and delivering less leads, we will adjust the campaign. If we see there are negative keywords which you should not be targetting and they are under optimised, we will remove them.

Likewise, if we see keyword opportunities that will add value to your campaign and deliever more leads, we will adjust.

Can you guarantee leads?

Whilst we cannot guarantee leads in the traditional sense, based on the discovery methods during setup, we can certainly guarantee that we will do our very best.

With a very high degree, based on various factors such as the product being offered, the style of landing page, the cost of clicks, we are confident that we can generate leads for your business.

Can you guarantee lead quality?

Google ads are an intent driven process, so means that people are actively searching for your product or service when they are searching google and clicking on your ad.

Depending on your ad copy, landing page and follow up process the lead quality will depend on how well each of these items are refined and work in tandem with each other.

For example, if you are a real estate agent and offering a prize such as a luxury holiday for anyone that enquires, then the quality of leads will be low.

However, if your landing pages qualify the lead appropriately and asks the right questions, then lead quality will inevtibaly be higher.
