What do you do for the management fee every month?
Pay Per Click ads are not set it and forget it. They need constant nurturing and monitoring to make sure they are performing well. The works we perform on your account can be the difference between savings 1,000's or wasting 1,000's.
We will spend on average 5-20 hours per month doing general management depending on the package level.
The higher the package, the more management needed.
We usually perform the following actions on your account each month:

Does your management fee include ad spend?
No. Our management fees for managing your Ad account(s) is separate from the ad spend.
For example, if you have the small package then the cost per month is €495 + VAT which you pay to JUCRA as the management fee and then you need to budget ad spend which is paid directly to Facebook/Google from your credit card.
So if you budgeted €100 a day for a 15 day campaign then this would be your monthly costs:
Our Management Fee: €495 + VAT (this is paid directly to JUCRA)
Ad Spend: €1,500 (this is paid direct to Facebook/Google and includes VAT as they do not charge VAT)
Total Monthly spend on PPC advertising (incl VAT and Management Fees): €2,098
Do your fees include both Facebook and Google Platforms?
No. Each Ad platform has its own way of managing ads and requires a different level of expertise so the management fees quoted are "per platform".
So, if you decided you wanted to run ads on both Google and Facebook then you would pay two management fees.
How much should I budget for ad spend?
This can depend from industry to industry however we would recommend allocating at least €50 a day per campaign which is appx €1,500 per month. This would be entry level spending though.
Apart from the monthly management fees, what are the optional extras listed?
Our management fees cover the works we do within the ad account itself and not web design, creative or development related works such as creating landing or doing CRM integrations, writing ad copy.
Here some items which are specifically not included in our monthly management fees and would be considered extra:
- Writing ads and creating creative like images/videos
- Creating landing pages
- Providing lead magnet material
- Applying tracking codes and conversion codes to your web site
- Setting up new ad accounts on ad platforms
- Performing CRM integration for the leads
- Creating sales funnels
- Creating chat bots
Does the remarketing include google remarketing?

Its important to understand that the facebook remarketing ads is not the same as the google "retargeting" ads because google remarketing/retargetting is a completely different ads platform.

How long does a campaign build take?
Before we register a new campaign on an Ads platform, we need to make sure that all the assets are in place so that when we go to create the new campaign, we have everything we need.
The key here is: Plan to work and work to plan.
The typical assets for a PPC campaign are:
- Ad copy
- Images or videos for the ads
- Landing page and thank you page
- Conversion codes in place
For lead generation campaigns, how do I get my leads?
In general you will receive the leads via normal email unless you have arranged to have your leads sent to your favourite CRM.
Do I need to purchase call tracking separately?
NOTE: Call Tracking is limited to US based numbers only
Yes, call tracking is a completely separate service. You would need to purchase this separately. For service-based lead generation campaigns, we highly recommend purchasing call tracking. If not, our team will not be able to track call conversions, which is the most important conversion that’s needed when running an ads campaign.
If call tracking is not purchased, our Ads experts working on the account are flying blind.
Call tracking is not really needed for Ecommerce campaigns, since the main conversion will be sales and not phone calls.
How do I provide you with access to my Ad account?
The process is relatively simple. We’ll send you instructions on how you can easily add us as an agency manager on your ad account.
Will I have access to the ad accounts while you work on them?
Do I get progress reports?
We will provide weekly and monthly reports of the progress of your account.
What is the minimum term?
There is no minimum contract term for our services and we do not lock you in.
Is there a cancellation period?
No. Cancel anytime.
Can I pause the management fees when I am not running ads during certain months?
Yes of course. For example, if you use our management services for 3 months, say Jan, Feb and Mar and don't want to run ads during April May and June but want to start up again in July, then give us some notice and we will pause our services for those months.
