What challenges did you have before working with JUCRA?

My name is Anna, and I’m one of three partners in TIBI Concierge. I know nothing about websites at all. I mean, I know how I like it to look, but no idea about the practicalities of getting it to work.

It is vital that when you start a business, you have the website done. There are always changes you need to be made, so we must have someone we can trust to do that.

Have you had any website/hosting/email/marketing nightmares?

I had big issues editing things on my own. I’ve always been super happy with that aspect of their work, and I appreciate the help JUCRA provides.

What was your eureka moment with JUCRA?

I have had a lot of eureka moments! When you aren’t a technical person, you need to work very closely with the developers to bring your ideas to life, and that process was extremely smooth.

How has JUCRA helped you?

The website care plan has given me more time and more freedom to do what I like to do. Now I know that someone is watching the site and making sure everything is up and running as it should be all the time.

If I run into any issues, I know that JUCRA is just a text or call away.

Would you recommend JUCRA?

I would say this service is for any business that doesn’t have an in-house developer updating their website. If you don’t have anyone to do that job, I would always recommend it.
