Configure MacMail to Store Sent Messages on Server

You are reading this article because you are using multiple devices and need them to sync your sent items across all devices.

1. At the top of the screen, choose Mail, then; Preferences, then Accounts and choose the account that you use with JUCRA.

2. Click on Mailbox Behaviors, and then click the checkbox next to Sent selecting Store sent messages on the server. Here is a screenshot to demonstrate. Once you have completed this step, you can close this window.

First, select the sent items. DONT select the local one.



Once you have selected the sent items where you want to store the sent items, your screen should look something like this.



Now, any emails that you send from this account will be stored on the server.
