This is a checklist for your DNS settings if you are using our SmarterMail system.

1. Have you created an MX record in your domain pointing to our SmarterMail server?
In your DNS settings, you need an A Record called smartermail.yourdomain.com
Then in your MX records use the following settings.

2. Did you update the SPF record?
In order to be able to deliver to remote servers like google, Hotmail, AOL etc, you need to specify our SmarterMail servers.
Use this example SPF record.v=spf1 ip4:213.133.123.187 ~all
3. Did you generate 1024 bit DKIM key for the domain?
Drop an email to hello@jucra.com and we will generate a DKIM signature for your domain. Then we will provide the DKIM and you can add it to your dns.
