If you see this error below when logging into your webmail, please contact us right away as we will have to raise a ticket with the data centre to investigate.
Usually, we have found it centres on certain accounts for no apparent reason, so 99% of users even on the same domain name can log in and certain users cant and get the error below when they try and log in.
