Reboot Times

You are reading this article as we are in the process or will be in the process of rebooting one of our web servers.

We use a specialised system called KERNELCARE from a vendor called CLOUD LINUX.

The use of Kernelcare means that we can go months or even years without having to reboot our servers.

However, in the case we need to do a reboot, it usually takes around 3-5 minutes for the server to come back on.
