You are reading this article as you are using our hosted Rackspace mail service and you want to know how to setup the email on any device.
| We utilise IMAP which is an international protocol which any email client will follow. The IMAP protocol follows general standard settings and requires only a few settings to connect to. The only difference is that most email clients have different settings screens but as long as you know the basic settings then configuring your devices should be relatively straightforward. |
In all cases, YOU MUST know your username and password before starting!
(you will find the password in the welcome email we sent to you when we first setup your account)

STEP 1
Go to www.JUCRA.com/setup and log in with your username and password.
STEP 2
Click on the "Setup Email" icon.
STEP 3
Choose the type of device you will be installing on. In this case we will choose "Phone".
STEP 4
Choose the type of device. In this case we will choose "IOS".
STEP 5
On this screen, select IMAP.
STEP 6
Then you can choose the most recent OS your phone is running. If your version does not appear, just choose the most recent one. (Remember, IMAP is a "Protocol" so in general will work on most operating systems).
STEP 7
Choose the type of email client if there are more than one available. In this case we will choose "Mail".
STEP 8
Now you will see all the screens and instructions for the device you have chosen and should be relatively easy to setup.
