Beware of Phishing Email Purpoting to be from Los 40!

We have received a convincing phishing email today purporting to be from "los40.com" which is a "Top 40" music site in Spain.
The email was saying that we were unlawfully using copyrighted music in some of our online videos.
A few things stood out to us.
1. The email was sent from a Gmail address.
2. The email address in the email was "prisa.com" which is suspicious.
3. When the link is clicked it says its a PDF, but it downloads a zip file which contains an exe file.
