This page explains how to make a manual credit or debit card payment if you are unable to access your client account or need to complete a payment urgently.

JUCRA Digital provides a secure manual payment page that allows invoices to be paid without requiring access to the normal client billing area.

This option is designed for situations where a customer needs to make a fast payment, cannot access their account, or is paying on behalf of another person or department.

Manual payments are processed securely using Banco Sabadell / PAYCOMET payment infrastructure.


1. What is a Manual Credit Card Payment?

A manual credit card payment allows you to securely pay an invoice using a credit or debit card without needing to log in to the normal client billing system.

This option may be useful if:

  • You cannot access your client account
  • You have forgotten your login details
  • You need to make an urgent payment
  • You are paying on behalf of another person or company
  • Your accounts department is processing the payment separately

2. How Does It Work?

The manual payment page allows you to enter payment details securely and submit a card payment directly.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Invoice number (recommended)
  • Payment amount
  • Payment reference or description
  • Card details

Important: Including the correct invoice number or payment reference helps us reconcile your payment more quickly and accurately.


3. When Should I Use This?

You should normally use the manual payment system if:

No Client Portal Access

You cannot log in to your billing account or no longer have access to the login email address.

Urgent Payments

You need to settle an invoice quickly to avoid service interruption or delay.

Third-Party Payments

An accounts department, assistant, or third party is paying the invoice on your behalf.

If you already have access to your client account, we generally recommend paying directly through the invoice inside the client portal instead.


4. Important Information

  • Please ensure the payment amount matches the invoice amount.
  • Always include an invoice number or payment reference where possible.
  • Payments without references may take longer to reconcile manually.
  • Some banks may require additional card verification.

JUCRA Digital cannot guarantee instant reconciliation if payment references are missing or incorrect.

JUCRA Digital does not directly store sensitive card information on our own servers.
