Gravity forms is a fantastic forms plugin, however if you have a popular web site it can become a target for spam robots and very quickly you will see your entries lists get populated with spam entries especially if you do not have any turing code enabled.
Here is an example.
To clear up the spam from your gravity forms list, just use the filter in the top right like below.
Then you can just select all the spam ones and move them to the bin.
Job done!
