What does “managed cPanel hosting” mean?
JUCRA assists with the server side of your hosting account, including cPanel support, restores, security measures, PHP or configuration issues, resource problems and performance advice. You retain cPanel access while having experts available when the technical work becomes complicated.
Where are the web servers located?
JUCRA’s web servers are located in Finland and Germany. The service uses dedicated bare-metal servers, with account resources controlled through CloudLinux rather than placing the service on an ordinary cloud VPS.
How often is my hosting backed up?
The schedule includes daily full cPanel backups retained for 30 days, weekly backups retained for six months, and monthly recovery points on the 1st and 15th retained for up to 12 months. Backups are provided on a best-effort basis, so customers should also maintain independent copies of critical data.
Are SSL certificates included?
Yes. Automated SSL certificates are provided for main domains, subdomains and add-on domains, with automatic renewal while the domain remains correctly connected to the hosting service.
Do you oversell server capacity?
No. JUCRA states that it sells only up to 50% of the available shared server space, preserving capacity overhead rather than relying on customers not using the resources sold to them.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between the listed plans as your needs change. There is no long-term contract, and cancellation can be scheduled immediately or for the end of the current billing period through your account.
Is business email included?
No. Website hosting and business email are kept separate for security and resilience. JUCRA offers managed business email accounts as an additional service.
