You are reading this article as you need to add a credit card to your account for recurring charges.
Our system is super secure in terms of accepting credit cards as we (JUCRA) do not store credit cards directly on our server, they are stored on the merchant's server (stripe) who are a bank and conforms to very high-security practices.
To add a credit card to your account as a payment method, simply follow the simple steps below.
BEFORE YOU START
Some banks require additional verification, so make sure you have your mobile phone or email handy when adding a new card as you might get a prompt at the end asking you to verify your request.
1. Log in to your account at www.jucra.com/whmcs
2. Select the profile dropdown from the top right-hand side and click on "Payment Methods".
3. Click on the button "Add New Credit Card"
4. Fill in the form with your credit card details.
| IMPORTANT: make sure the address in the Billing Address is the same as the one on your billing statement otherwise you may get an error when adding the card. |
FINALLY, click the save changes button and follow any further steps.
Some banks may require additional verification so follow the instructions on the screen.
