You can add a credit or debit card to your JUCRA client account through our secure client portal.
JUCRA Digital does not directly store your full card details on our own servers. Card details are processed and stored securely by our payment provider.
Our payment system is designed so that sensitive card data is handled by secure payment infrastructure rather than being stored directly by JUCRA Digital.
Before You Start: Some banks require additional verification when adding a new card. Please make sure you have access to your mobile phone, banking app, or email in case your bank asks you to confirm the request.
Table of Contents
1. Log In to Your Client Account
Log in to your JUCRA client account here:
2. Open Payment Methods
Once logged in, select the profile dropdown from the top right-hand side of the screen and click Payment Methods.

3. Add a New Credit Card
Click the Add New Credit Card button.

4. Enter Your Card Details
Fill in the form with your credit or debit card details.
Important: Make sure the billing address entered matches the address shown on your card or bank statement. If the billing address does not match, your bank may reject the card setup.

5. Save and Complete Verification
Click the Save Changes button and follow any further on-screen instructions.
Some banks may request additional verification, such as confirmation through your banking app, SMS code, email confirmation, or 3D Secure prompt.
If your bank requests verification, the card may not be added successfully until that verification step has been completed.
6. Important Notes
- JUCRA Digital does not directly store your full card details on our own servers.
- Your bank may require additional verification before the card can be saved.
- The billing address should match your bank or card statement.
- If your card is declined, please contact your bank first to confirm whether the transaction or verification was blocked.
- Adding a card does not always automatically pay old unpaid invoices unless the invoice is paid manually or auto-payment is triggered.
