If your domain or DNS is managed through Wix and you need JUCRA to make DNS changes on your behalf, you can add us as a collaborator without sharing your Wix username or password.
Recommended Access Level
Wix allows account owners to invite collaborators and assign specific permissions.
For DNS changes, please assign JUCRA the Domain Manager role.
This provides the access required to manage domain and DNS settings without providing full access to your Wix account.
The details you need to add to WIX will be:
Email: craig@jucra.com
Name: JUCRA DIGITAL
How to Add JUCRA as a Wix Collaborator
- Log in to your Wix account.
- Open the relevant website dashboard.
- Go to Settings.
- Open Roles & Permissions.
- Click Invite People.
- Enter the email address supplied to you by JUCRA.
- Select the Domain Manager role.
- Send the invitation.
What JUCRA Can Manage
Once the invitation has been accepted and the correct permissions are available, we can make the DNS changes required for services such as:
- A records
- AAAA records
- CNAME records
- MX records
- TXT records
- SPF records
- DKIM records
- DMARC records
- SRV records
- Other domain configuration required for website, email or third-party services
Important: Where Is Your DNS Actually Hosted?
Your website may be hosted on Wix while your DNS is managed by another provider.
For example, your domain could be registered or have its nameservers managed through another company such as Cloudflare, GoDaddy, IONOS or another domain registrar.
If Wix is not authoritative for your DNS, the required DNS changes must be made at the provider currently managing your nameservers.
Please Do Not Send Us Your Wix Password
There is normally no reason to provide JUCRA with your personal Wix login credentials.
Using Wix's collaborator system is safer, allows access to be restricted to the services we need, and means you can remove our access at any time once the work has been completed.
