Email Went To Spam/JunkMail Print

  • 0

You are reading this arcticle, because someone has sent you an email and our system moved it to Spam/Junk Mail.

If you are reading this article, it means an email you were expecting has been delivered to your Junk/Spam folder.

Our filtering system blocks a very large volume of malicious email every day. Occasionally, legitimate emails may be filtered due to:

  • Sender reputation

  • SPF, DKIM or DMARC configuration issues on the sender’s domain

  • Content scoring

  • Embedded links or attachments

  • External domain tagging policies

If you believe the email was legitimate and should not have been delivered to Junk, you can request a formal review.

Submit a Junk Email Investigation Request

Please use the link below to submit the investigation form:

https://www.jucra.com/forms/smartermail-junkmail-report/

Once submitted, we will:

  • Locate the message at server level

  • Review the filtering result

  • Advise whether the issue is server-side or sender-side

  • Provide guidance where appropriate

Please note: We can only investigate emails that are still present in your mailbox.
