What is a Manual Credit Card Payment?
A manual credit card payment allows you to securely pay an invoice using your credit or debit card without needing to log in to your account.
This is useful if you:
- Do not have access to your client area
- Are unable to log in
- Need to make an urgent payment
- Are paying on behalf of someone else (e.g. accounts department)
How does it work?
You will be directed to a secure payment page where you can:
- Enter your invoice number (optional but recommended)
- Enter the payment amount
- Add a description or reference
- Complete the payment securely
All payments are processed via Banco Sabadell / PAYCOMET using secure, encrypted systems.
When should I use this?
You should use this option if:
- You cannot access your account
- You are paying on behalf of someone else
- You need to make a fast or urgent payment
If you have access to your client area, we recommend paying directly through your invoice.
Important Notes
- Please ensure the amount entered matches your invoice
- Include your invoice number or reference where possible
- Payments without a reference may take longer to allocate
