The following servers and ports are used to send and receive emails via our Rackspace mail servers.
Note 1: To configure your email you will need your email username (which is your email address) and your password which we will have given you when you have signed up (we call it the welcome email).
Note 2: We have a simple-to-follow help tool https://help.emailsrvr.com. If that's too complicated for you, please see note 4.
Note 3: Ensure that you tick the SSL check box in your email client and configure the correct ports. If you dont know what this means then please see note 4.
Note 4: If you are having issues, then please give the welcome email we sent to you to a qualified IT professional. It has all the details they need to configure your email account on any device.
