You are reading this article because you either:
a. Currently have your email hosted with another company and wish to migrate over to our Rackspace Mail solution
b. You have your email with us and your DNS & website is hosted somewhere else.
You will need to adjust your DNS as follows and add the MX records, SPF, DMARC and Autodiscover to your DNS records.

CNAME | autodiscover | autodiscover.emailsrvr.com | 3600 seconds or lowest allowed | |

Here is an example of how the settings will look in a typical DNS system.
This is a very simple change to the DNS record for your domain. To be able to do this you need to have access to your DNS records so if you do not know how to do this, please ask your technical representative or domain provider who should be able to easily change this for you.
