This page explains JUCRA Digital’s policy regarding cash payments, VAT (IVA), invoicing, and financial compliance obligations in Spain.

Provider: JUCRA Digital SL

Last Updated: 15th May 2026

JUCRA Digital operates as a legally registered business in Spain and complies with applicable Spanish tax, accounting, invoicing, and VAT (IVA) regulations.

All revenue generated by JUCRA Digital is declared appropriately to the relevant Spanish tax authorities.

JUCRA Digital does not accept undeclared “black money” payments, off-the-books payments, or cash payments intended to avoid VAT (IVA) obligations.

1. Cash Payments

JUCRA Digital may accept cash payments; however, all cash payments must still be processed formally through our accounting and banking systems.

This means:

  • Cash payments are declared officially
  • IVA (VAT) is still applied where legally required
  • Official invoices are issued
  • Funds are processed through company banking records

Important: Paying in cash does not remove legal VAT (IVA) obligations or eliminate the requirement for proper invoicing.

2. IVA / VAT Requirements

As a Spanish registered company, JUCRA Digital is legally required to apply IVA (VAT) to qualifying products and services where applicable under Spanish and EU tax regulations.

IVA is a legal tax obligation, not an optional charge.

Any attempt to avoid VAT obligations through undeclared payments places both businesses and customers at legal and financial risk.

3. Official Invoices

For all payments received, JUCRA Digital issues formal fiscal invoices documenting:

  • The customer details
  • The services provided
  • The invoice amount
  • The applicable IVA (VAT)
  • The official source of funds

This applies equally to:

  • Bank transfers
  • Card payments
  • PayPal payments
  • Cash payments

4. Customer Protection Benefits

Official invoices provide important legal and financial protection for customers.

When customers receive proper invoices:

  • There is clear evidence of the transaction
  • The services purchased are documented formally
  • Customers have proof of payment
  • Commercial disputes are easier to resolve legally if required
  • Businesses may be able to account for the expense correctly

Undeclared “cash” transactions generally do not provide the same legal protections or documentation.

5. Financial Compliance

Like all legitimate businesses operating within Spain, JUCRA Digital is subject to financial oversight, accounting requirements, and tax compliance obligations.

For this reason:

  • All revenue must be declared appropriately
  • Invoices must be generated correctly
  • Applicable taxes must be accounted for
  • Financial records must remain transparent and compliant

JUCRA Digital would rather decline business opportunities than participate in undeclared or non-compliant financial arrangements.

6. Important Notes

  • All qualifying invoices remain subject to IVA (VAT) where legally applicable.
  • Cash payments do not exempt customers from tax obligations.
  • Official invoices are issued for all accepted payments.
  • Financial compliance protects both JUCRA Digital and the customer.
  • JUCRA Digital reserves the right to refuse suspicious or non-compliant payment requests.
