Many websites and digital platforms rely on commercial third-party software licenses for functionality, security updates, premium support, and compatibility updates.
Where clients request JUCRA Digital to manage, renew, and maintain these licenses on their behalf, an administration and handling fee applies.
Important: JUCRA Digital charges a standard handling fee of €25 + IVA per third-party license renewal managed on behalf of a client.

Third-party software licenses are external commercial products developed and sold by independent software vendors.
Where JUCRA Digital manages these licenses on behalf of clients, the recharge invoice normally consists of:
- The cost of the software license
- Currency conversion where applicable
- Our handling and management fee
- Applicable IVA (VAT)
This policy applies whether the license is annual, monthly, recurring, or renewal-based.
2. Why Handling Fees Apply
Managing third-party licenses involves administrative, financial, and operational overhead for JUCRA Digital.
This may include:
- Purchasing and renewing licenses
- Managing billing renewals
- Tracking expiration dates
- Managing vendor accounts
- Applying updates and activations
- Handling licensing support issues
- Currency conversion exposure
The handling fee covers the time and administrative responsibility associated with managing these licenses on behalf of clients.

4. Pricing Example
Example: WPBakery License Renewal
If a WPBakery license renewal costs approximately $49 USD, JUCRA Digital may recharge the client as follows:
License Cost: €49.00
Handling Fee: €25.00
Subtotal: €74.00
IVA 21%: €15.54 (where applicable)
Total Invoice: €89.54
5. License Management
In many cases, JUCRA Digital may manage third-party licenses under one of our own commercial vendor accounts.
This allows us to:
- Manage renewals centrally
- Track updates and expirations
- Provide operational continuity
- Maintain deployment consistency
Failure to renew third-party licenses may result in loss of updates, support access, compatibility updates, or functionality.
