JUCRA Digital maintains significant hosting and email infrastructure resources and may, at our discretion, provide free or discounted services to qualifying charities and non-profit organisations.

The purpose of this programme is to help reduce the technical and financial burden associated with maintaining reliable digital infrastructure for charitable organisations.

Important: Acceptance into this programme is entirely at the discretion of JUCRA Digital and all approved charity accounts are subject to a separate written agreement.


1. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this programme, organisations should generally meet the following criteria:

Registered Charity

The organisation should be a registered charity, non-profit organisation, community organisation, or recognised social initiative.

Website Presence

The organisation should already have a website or be actively developing a new website project.

Social Media Presence

The organisation should maintain an active or developing social media presence.


2. Services We May Provide

Depending on the organisation and project requirements, JUCRA Digital may provide:

Free Website Hosting

Hosting infrastructure for the organisation’s public website.

Free Email Hosting

Professional email hosting services associated with the organisation’s domain.

The exact services provided may vary depending on available resources, project requirements, and the nature of the organisation.


3. Working With Existing Web Designers

If your organisation already has a web designer or digital agency, JUCRA Digital can work directly with them regarding:

  • Hosting configuration
  • DNS setup
  • Email configuration
  • Website deployment
  • Server access requirements

This allows your chosen designer or developer to continue building and maintaining the website while we provide the infrastructure services.


4. Discounted Development Services

Charity Discount: Organisations without an existing web designer may be eligible for a 20% discount on JUCRA Digital website development services.

This may include:

  • Website design
  • Website development
  • eCommerce systems
  • Hosting configuration
  • Email setup
  • Ongoing maintenance services

Discount eligibility is assessed individually for each organisation and project.


5. What We Ask in Return

In exchange for discounted or complimentary services, participating organisations may be asked to support JUCRA Digital publicly in reasonable ways.

  • Providing a positive review on our Google review page*
  • Providing a positive review on our Facebook page*
  • Occasionally creating social media shout-out posts mentioning JUCRA Digital*
  • Including a link back to www.jucra.com within the website footer or credits page*
  • Supporting JUCRA Digital publicly where appropriate and reasonable

* JUCRA Digital may provide suggested wording, graphics, or guidance for these items.


6. Important Notes

Any charity or non-profit account approved under this programme is subject to a separate written agreement between JUCRA Digital and the organisation.

  • Acceptance into the programme is entirely at JUCRA Digital’s discretion.
  • Free or discounted services may be withdrawn if abuse or misuse occurs.
  • Infrastructure limits and fair usage policies still apply.
  • Not all organisations will qualify for all available services.
  • Support response times may vary depending on service level and available resources.

7. Summary

Discounted Development

Charities without an existing developer may qualify for discounted website development services.

Written Agreement

All approved charity accounts remain subject to separate written agreements and fair usage terms.
