Table of Contents
1. Policy Overview
It is common for clients to work with multiple external providers simultaneously.
For example, a client may use JUCRA Digital for:
- Hosting
- Email services
- DNS management
- Website infrastructure
While separately using another provider for:
- SEO services
- Digital marketing
- Website design
- Advertising management
- Software integrations
Where third parties require access or information relating to services managed by JUCRA Digital, strict authorisation procedures apply.
2. Types of Third Parties
This policy applies to all external third parties, including but not limited to:
SEO Agencies
Companies requiring website or hosting access for SEO work.
Web Designers
Developers or designers requiring deployment or website access.
DNS Providers
External companies managing DNS or related infrastructure.
Marketing Agencies
Third parties requiring technical access for campaigns or integrations.
3. Authorisation Requirements
JUCRA Digital will not work directly with, disclose information to, or provide access for any third party without prior authorisation from the client.
This policy applies regardless of:
- How legitimate the request appears
- Whether the third party claims to represent the client
- Whether the third party already has partial access elsewhere
- How urgent the request may appear
Authorisation must normally be provided directly by the client in written form.
4. How Authorisation Works
Where a third party contacts JUCRA Digital requesting information or access relating to a client account, our normal procedure is:
- The request is reviewed internally.
- JUCRA Digital contacts the client directly using known contact information already associated with the account.
- The client is asked whether authorisation should be granted.
- Only after explicit authorisation is received will we normally proceed with the request.
Additional verification steps may also be required depending on the sensitivity of the request.
5. What We Will Never Do
JUCRA Digital will never knowingly provide unauthorised access or disclose sensitive client information to third parties.
This includes:
- Disclosing passwords or authentication credentials
- Providing access to hosting control panels
- Providing mailbox access
- Providing server access
- Disclosing confidential account information
- Making account changes without proper authorisation
- Resetting credentials for unauthorised parties
6. Security Principles
This policy exists to protect clients against:
- Unauthorised access attempts
- Social engineering attacks
- Fraudulent impersonation
- Data breaches
- Malicious third-party activity
- Accidental disclosure of sensitive information
While these procedures may occasionally slow down access requests, they exist to protect the client’s infrastructure, accounts, and digital assets.
7. Important Notes
- Authorisation requests may require written confirmation.
- JUCRA Digital reserves the right to refuse third-party requests where security concerns exist.
- Additional verification procedures may apply for sensitive systems.
- Existing access held by a third party elsewhere does not automatically authorise access through JUCRA Digital.
- All services remain subject to our wider Terms of Service and security policies.
